Prices are subject to change with newly ordered stock & cleaning products, due to factors outside our control within the norms of market fluctuations. You need to check availability of one off items with antique - estate & vintage items with the store directly. Our website is not always updated straight away changes as we are retail shop not e-commerce business. We specialise in dealing with clients directly with good old fashion service, so please contact us directly for more up to date information.
Antique, Vintage and Estate jewellery is by nature jewellery that has been worn and owned previously, so condition at time of purchase is what is displayed in the shop. Vintage Jewellery won't be brand new, in a
" never worn " showroom perfect condition. The jewellery itself may show signs of minor wear and tear, or small repairs may have been carried out over the years. This is part of the beauty & patina of owning a piece of jewellery with a history. Our precious jewellery pieces are sent to our jewellery workshops to be cleaned and checked before they are displayed for sale. Chiltons has been in the business for over 30 years, we take pride in our customer service and value all our customers. if you have any issues at anytime, please do not hesitate in discussing the matter with us. We do not cover wear and tear of jewellery, however, any manufacturing issues are always covered by us.

We want you to be able to order from Chilton's with total confidence. We accept all major credit cards in our store, or via our website.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, we also accept Direct debit for payments made over the internet.
All goods purchased via Direct Debit, maybe collected 48hours after funds have been cleared by the bank.
Domestic - Free shipping within Australia.
International - Please phone for a shipping quote. Presently we ship to all countries using different types of couriers.
If you would like a registered delivery (signature required) extra costs will occur.
Chilton's aims to have all products delivered domestically within 3 working days if the items are in stock. Those items that are not in stock can take longer. We will always notify you if this is to be the case by email or phone. Remembering Antique pieces are original and there is only one of each item available. Please allow 12-15 working days for delivery of international orders. Please specify when ordering if you require your parcel to be delivered on a particular date and we will endeavour to have it there at that time.
All prices, including quotes that are displayed on our web site are in Australian dollars & included the GST. Prices & quotes are correct at the time of printing but are subject to change without notice. All items of Antique jewellery offered are individual one off pieces that are priced on rarity, stone content, gold carat weight & age. Quotes remain valid for 30 days.

We may subsequently require further details to enable the processing of any orders that you make. You agree to provide chiltonsntiques.com.au with current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the website or an employee of Chilton's Antiques.

Placing and Accepting Orders
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and chiltonsantqiues.com.au is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, chiltonsantqiues.com.au is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.
Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will contact you to confirm your order.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone on (02) 9524 0360 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment have been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Returns and Exchanges.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Chilton's antiques if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery.
You may select the "Recipient to sign for delivery" option when placing an order with us. By doing so, you agree that we have satisfied the condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partner's discretion). You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.
Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Chilton's take no liability for any item/s couriered or posted, by choosing this method of delivery you are agreeing to entering into a risk that it is out of our control if something should happen we can not be held liable.
Returns - Exchanges- Refunds
You or the recipient of an order may return any items that have been purchased from chiltonsantqiues.com.au within 14 days of purchase. If you have changed your mind or are unhappy with a gift we offer a store credit only.
A Credit Note issued cannot be redeemed for Cash.
Credit Note issued is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are in same condition as they left the store & are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a return or exchange unless the product/s are in a saleable condition upon return. We will not exchange on goods that have been engraved or altered in any other way. In cases where you should return a ring that has been resized to fit you & a charge has been applied this will be non refundable & will not count towards your store credit.
We do not refund so choose wisely!
Terms & conditions of Lay-Buying:
At Chilton's we offer a lay-by service which we:
Require a minimum deposit of 20% of the purchasing price,
Lay-by must be completed within 6 months, unless advised otherwise
If lay-by is not completed within the 6 months, it is the prerogative of Chilton's Jewellery & antiques to cancel or extend such lay-by
If lay-by is cancelled by customer or a lay-by exceeds the 6 months, contact us at Chiltons within the 6 months and a credit note will issued otherwise the money will be forfeited.
Regular payments need to be made.
This can be done via Direct Debit, Credit Card via phone, or visit our store.
No refunds for incorrect choice
Exchange of goods must be within 14 days of sale
